How can baking cookies ever be quick? You normally must obtain a scale, then carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread to ages, cut out small cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes and then wait a second century'til they're baked.
NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just how I roll. But after that I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)
Ok, they do not taste just like the cookies you get round Christmas time. Rather they are a little more gooey and don't crumble in any way.
But what largely convinced me was that you could have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Though in case you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!
It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you eat them), but I must say one more awesome thing about those cookies.
They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the remainder inside one hour.
They are great for hiking excursions or other events where you need a quick energizing snack on the move. Now I keep these as a quick bite in my back pack.
